Letter from the Chief Executive Officer

To all of our customers, resellers, partners, and stakeholders,

I am proud to announce that we have updated our brand identity. The new identity reflects our efforts to evolve with the changing healthcare industry while staying true to our roots as a company.

We updated our company logo to reflect our mission of offering powerful, easy-to-use practice management software and solutions for healthcare professionals. Our branding will now consistently use the full “PracticeAdmin” name instead of the sometimes confusing “PA” abbreviation.

We’ve also changed our product names: Billing Manager is still Billing Manager and Schedule Manager is still Schedule Manager; but the combined solution is now ProviderSuite instead of the former Practice Manager. Our innovative A/R Interactive Workflow Manager (ARI) is now simply Receivables Manager.

For billing services who use all of three of our powerful products in concert, the former Enterprise Suite bundle is now RevenueSuite.

The core functionality of our products has not changed; PracticeAdmin software will still support billing, scheduling, and A/R management capabilities. You will see the new branding in upcoming releases of each core product.

What's changed?

Billing Manager manages all of the billing and back office practice management functionality.
Schedule Manager manages all of the patient scheduling capabilities.
ProviderSuite, formerly Practice Manager, is the package of software of Billing Manager and Schedule Manager.
RevenueSuite, formerly Enterprise Suite, is the package of software which includes Billing Manager, Schedule Manager, and Receivables Manager.
